My item is faulty, what do I do?
Please reach out to our customer service team with images of the faulty item and your order number and our customer service team will assist.
Can I change my order?
Due to our automated order processing system, which promptly forwards orders to our warehouse for dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they are processed. If you wish to make any amendments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
Can I change my address after ordering?
No guarantees on our end, however, please reach out to us at hello@princexmott.com and include your order number along with the correct address. If your order has not yet been processed, we will endeavour to update it before shipment. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to contact AusPost or DHL directly to arrange redirection
Can I cancel my order?
Upon confirmation, orders are automatically processed and, regrettably, cannot be cancelled. However, upon delivery of your order, you may opt to return it for a full refund or exchange.
How will I know you have received my order?
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive any confirmation emails, please check your ‘junk’ folder, and if all else fails, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation nor a shipping confirmation?
Kindly review your email's junk folder to confirm that your order confirmation hasn't been mistakenly filtered there. Should you not find it, please reach out to us to verify the successful processing of your order.
My order has been lost by courier- what do I do?
For assistance with reshipping your order, please contact us via email at hello@princexmott.com, and one of our team members will gladly assist you the best we can. Please be aware that we must follow the necessary procedures, including lodging an inquiry with Auspost, before arranging any reshipments- we may need your assistance as the recipient in this process.

Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
We strive to process all orders within 2 business days; however, we cannot guarantee this timeframe as sales and peak seasons do affect this- we hope you understand.
What shipping methods do you use?
We provide Auspost Express and Standard shipping options for all Australian customers. For New Zealand orders, we may utilise DHL Express shipping, with the additional option of Auspost Express at our discretion.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please take a moment to review our shipping options (in conjunction with our fulfilment/processing times), which include estimated time frames. Should you have any further inquiries regarding delivery times, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@princexmott.com.
Where do I find the tracking advice?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing tracking information. This will allow you to closely monitor the progress of your package.
Order returned to sender?
There are various reasons why your order may have been returned to us by Auspost or DHL, which are beyond our control. However, please contact us via email at hello@princexmott.com so that we can arrange for a reshipment. We are committed to assisting you with this matter, but may need your assistance as the recipient.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to the extremely high demand within Australia and New Zealand, we are currently offering our product exclusively to Australia and New Zealand customers only. If you are located outside of these regions- we are coming soon!
International duties and taxes
For orders outside of Australia, we operate on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that customers have the option to pay for additional duties and taxes at checkout. The DDP is calculated based on the delivery location and the value of the order. Please be aware that any additional duties and taxes upon import are beyond the control of Prince x Mott. We are unable to cover the cost of duties and taxes incurred. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Customs delays/holds
Estimated delivery times provided do not account for customs delays or holds. In the rare event that you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to your local customs office or shipping courier for assistance.
Orders delayed during sales/launches
Our shipping partners operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods like product launches and sales, particularly Black Friday, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping times. Despite this, our team works diligently, often putting in extra hours to expedite orders. If your order encounters significant delays, please don't hesitate to contact our team for assistance.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are welcome, so long as the relevant criteria is met.
How long will it take to process a return?
Our goal is to complete the processing of all returns within 10 business days upon receiving your items. Following the processing, you will receive an email notification containing the details of your return. It's important to note that this timeframe may experience slight variations during busy periods
Does Prince x Mott cover the cost of a return?
Customers are responsible for covering all costs associated with returning items to Prince x Mott.
Can I return items purchased with a gift card?
We welcome returns for purchases made using Gift Cards, and the refunded amount will be credited back to your Gift Card for future online purchases. Please note that Gift Card balances cannot be refunded as cash under any circumstances. The original expiry date of the Gift Card will remain the same (no extension of time will be granted).
Can I return full price items?
Yes.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, we cannot return sale items for a refund, however, exchanges are possible.
Can I return FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE items?
Final Sale items, designated with the label "FINAL SALE" on the product page, are non-returnable. We urge customers to shop Final Sale items with careful consideration to prevent any potential disappointment. Should you require assistance with sizing or have any inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
AfterPay returns
If you have made a purchase through AfterPay or any other payment merchants, the returns process remains the same in conjunction with Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.
What items can I not return?
- Any items that have been worn, washed or have tags removed.
- Any item marked as FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE. Items purchased on sale can be returned for an exchange only - no refunds.
